Frequently Asked Question

Each member has a Member Login and Password which gives them access to both Deskworks as well as your network. Instruct members to:

• Connect to your network as usual from their list of available networks (no password/key will be required at this step)
• Open a browser window to any web address. 
• Member will be automatically routed to a login splash page. 
• Enter their Login and Password (or their Access Number, if you have given them one) to connect to the internet.
