Can members make their own payments in Deskworks?

Yes! To enable:

Go to SETTINGS>TASKS.
Click Edit "Post Payments and Charges." (It may be called something like "Charges/Payments")
Under PERMISSIONS, be sure Members have "View/Edit" permissions. SAVE.

Members will then see the Charges and Payments page and be able to view their invoices by clicking the eye:

If they click the EDIT pencil, they can pay their open invoice:
