This link allows you to test credentials:

Change "gilroy" to your Deskworks URL.
Change "1" after @ to the location ID. (You can see your location ID in your URL bar following "center=??", where ?? is your location ID: https://thesatellite.satellitedeskworks.com/dashboard-admin?user=25067&center=1

You will get this screen showing in RED that you're not authorized to access if the credentials don't work:

If the credentials don't work, even after changing them, give the person the Code of Day and open a ticket for the dev team to re-push credentials for the person to the authentication service. This is extremely rare!
