Frequently Asked Question

The Checkin Report uses the information from the Network Checkin System. This is an optional feature in Deskworks requiring a customized router/firewall and RADIUS cloud-based server that we provide for you.

Go to REPORTS > CHECK IN REPORT.

You can order the report by day (up to 45 days maximum), member or company with visual graphs attached.
The report will enable you to understand how full your center typically is and who your biggest users are.

Tip: Remember, if you have a 24/7 member (say, in an office), and they leave their computer on and attached to the network, you may see more hours than they are physically in the facility. Checkins are measured by their device being attached to your network.
