Do I have to add my spaces to the Reservation Units list to use the Availability Report?

Yes. All spaces that can be taken on a full time basis must be added as Reservation Units in order to have them display on the Availability Report.
If you do not wish for a Reservation Unit to be added to your calendar set the “Who Can Reserve?” field to “Not Available” – the unit will not display on the calendar.
