My Google Calendar is sync'd already. Can I just add Calendar IDs to DW?*

Open your Google Account.
Go to Calendar.
For each calendar that you want to sync to Deskworks, copy the Google Calendar ID (under Calendar Details).
In Deskworks, INVENTORY/RESERVATION UNITS, EDIT the reservation unit you want to work on.
Be sure the box is checked, "Sync to Google Calendar?"
Paste the Google Calendar ID into the ID box.
You now have a 2-way sync with Google Calendar.
