When Members are logged into Deskworks, they see a CONTACT button near the bottom of the Left Menu Bar. This can be set up to go where you want it to reach the appropriate staffperson.
In Initial Setup / Settings / White Label / Contact Link URL:
To have the Contact button go to a URL on your website: type in the URL
To have the Contact button go to an email, type in: mailto:[youremail]@[yourwebsite.com] .
To have the Contact button go to a phone number, type in: tel:+1234567890. This will trigger FaceTime or Skype or another installed software which can handle calls.
