How do I block Members and/or Non-members from booking reservations on holidays and other closures?

If your space will be temporarily closed, unstaffed, or unavailable for reservations, you can use the Annual Holiday Calendar feature to block Members and/or Non-members from creating new bookings during specific dates. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Setup > Facilities.

2. Click the edit icon (pencil) for the facility you want to manage.

3. Scroll down to find the Annual Holiday Calendar section.


4. Click "ADD DATE+" to create a new entry.

5. On the first line, use the calendar icon to choose the date.

6. Below the date, enter a reason for the closure.


7. Select either "Available" or "Not Available" from the drop-down menu for Members and Non-members.

8. If you choose "Available," you can specify a time frame by clicking the plus sign "+" and entering the relevant details. If reservations are allowed 24/7, leave the time fields blank.


- Applies globally to all reservation units in facility

- Blocking a date on your Annual Holiday Calendar will not remove existing reservations booked on that date.
