Doorflow Door Access System Integration

Doorflow (doorflow.com) is a simple to use cloud-based door access system.
To integrate with Satellite Deskworks, open a ticket and request the Doorflow integration.
We will return the Doorflow integration to you. To complete setup:
- Go to SETUP > INTEGRATIONS SETUP.
- Enter your Doorflow API Key.
- Click the "Enabled" checkbox.
- From the dropdown, select the DoorFlow Site that you want to integrate.
- Go to INVENTORY > PRODUCTS
- Click the EDIT button next to each Membership Product that should have a Doorflow Access Group assigned to it.
- On the EDIT page, under the Doorflow Access Group dropdown, select the correct access group and click SAVE. (The integration allows Deskworks to read, display and select Doorflow access groups.)
- Click the EDIT button next to each Membership Product that should have a Doorflow Access Group assigned to it.
- Once all relevant Membership Products have a Doorflow Access Group assigned, you are ready to create New Members.
- NEVER CREATE A PERSON OR ASSIGN AN ACCESS GROUP IN DOORFLOW. THEY SHOULD ALWAYS BE CREATED IN DESKWORKS, which will push them to Doorflow.
- As a new member is created in Deskworks, they will be visible in Doorflow, but will be INACTIVE until they have a Recurring Billing for a particular membership.
- As soon as a Recurring Billing is created for them -- AND THEY HAVE PAID FOR IT -- they will be assigned to the appropriate access group and will be made active. If they have multiple Recurring Billings, they will be activated in all appropriate access groups.
- INTEGRATION COMPONENTS/RULES:
- If an Access Code is entered in a Member Profile, it will post to Doorflow as "Credentials." (Only the first Access Code is posted.)
- If a Printer Code is entered in a Member Profile, it will post to Doorflow under "PIN." (Only the first Printer Code is posted.)
- IF A MEMBER IS INACTIVATED IN THEIR DESKWORKS' MEMBER PROFILE, they will be inactivated in Doorflow.
- If a Recurring Billing is inactivated, the relevant Doorflow Group will be removed.
- Changes to any Member Profile or Recurring Billing post to Doorflow as soon as created or modified. If you are looking at your Doorflow account in real-time, be sure you refresh your screen to see the latest data.
