5. What is the "Access Code"?

On the login splash page there is a field for an Access Code as well as for Login ID and Password. There are two types of Access Codes.
Access Code of the Day: This should be used for people who need to connect temporarily (such as potential members you’ve offered a free day, etc.). This code is generated new each day, and found on the Dashboard.
Reservation Access Code: Each reservation is assigned an Access Code, which can be found by viewing the reservation on the Calendar or the View/Edit Reservation page. This code will allow network access for 30 minutes before and after the reservation beginning and ending times. This code is provided to members/non-members as part of their Reservation Confirmation email.
