Remaining Reservation Credits for Members, Calculation

On Members' Dashboards, they can see how many reservation credits they have remaining.
Reservation credits are given through, and are features of, any of your membership products -- you add these when creating or editing the membership product.
If a member has multiple memberships, all of their reservation credits are added together. Any reservations already used in the current month are subtracted from their total pool of credits, and the balance remaining is shown on their dashboard.
Reservations for future dates in the month are not subtracted from the total pool of monthly credits.
